I agree there is manipulation but I count 17 market makers in ETPI. Many sit on the sidelines but it's better than having much less. On another note I think the games with the spread will soon end. I think we watch ETPI trade at .32 by .36 soon after the bell monday. From a .27 bid. Then as offers get taken out the bid will follow it. I would like to see .40 by .43 by the closing bell. If news is coming next week about aquisitions etc I would think we go even higher. I am only expressing my opinion :)
