Last filing the O/S was 109 million and I'm sure some more shares have been issued. That should put you pretty close. BUT, let's assume 200 million (just to be VERY conservative -- don't freak out everyone). It's EASY to see how we'd end up with profits of $2 million from KNOWN contracts and could be $10-20 million with all the deals out. That's easily a EPS of 0.01 so our PE ratio is less than 5!! And, truthfully, I think our EARNINGS in the next year is likely to exceed our present market cap. IMHO, this stock is profoundly undervalued. best to all MVEE investors, later, leroyt
