Gary, Re - "So the arguement of a throwaway cheap computer is bogus imo. At the corporate level theres a significant manpower expense associated with maintenance and paperwork when the cheap computer has problems and the new one needs to be procured and files transferred. At the home level, its an infrequent event and people dont want to live with the uncertainty of "brand X inside" for the next few years." Good point, I agree completely. "People don't get fired for buying Intel" Where I work, thousands of computers are networked. They are Intel and will be upgraded with Intel. 10 years from now, Intel is going to have a very large share of a much larger market. take care, Lee
