I suspect they will be lower than this.

The Pentium II is a much more efficient design - witness the 300 MHz speeds of the 0.35 micron Pentium II vs. the 233 MHz top speed for a 0.35 micron Pentium MMX.

The Pentium II/Deschutes on 0.25 mixron process will be introduced at 333/350/400 MHz at 1.8 to 2 volts, so it should run at 266 MHz at less than 1.8 volts.

As for the MMO - I think Intel has a different package for the Mobile Deschutes - I'm not sure if it is also referred to as the "MMO".
