Interesting approach. Please note I am not attributing anything nefarious to rumors that Datek trades for its own account. I don't know why they shouldn't make money trading.

I agree about the upside of Datek. The instant account update should be part of every online broker package, but it isn't. Datek's frequent failures sent me running, however. When I started with MBT I used to trade on both Datek and MBT, but it got too confusing and RT was so much cooler than Datek that I just stopped using it.

I like your tactic, however.
