Yes, such very important moral distinctions between the sin absorbing power of the blood of turtle doves, goats & cows vs the the symbolic purity & hope springing from life giving water. And lets make it clear that all sacrifices are made at one central temple with loads of money changers on hand just in case you're stuck with some worthless "impure" foreign pesos. (your jesus was none to happy with that) Isaiah just blew you out of the water from the importance of the biblical symbolism here, the other is as they always like to say "such a deal" ! Getting your sins removed, just supply the animal and hocus pocus priests that are a special cash cow caste , privileged state sanctioned monopoly. Such a moral biz, thats about all they had, that and the river jordan & the precious land. Its all about the land , all that pomp, pretense & promise.
