Lagrangian optimization (LO)... at the risk of sounding extraordinarly academic and/or nonsensical (believe me, I've been humbled a bit last couple of weeks) has anyone performed an LO (or some similar econometric technique) on the processors/break-even/units etc. for Intel's products? Do the current Intel modus operandi and other facts conform with Intel's stated strategy? How does that compare with LO. I am only vaguely familiar with LO, and wouldn't know where to begin. I'm sure that some of the economists out there would be able to take this on. thanks in advance, it
