Regarding your question about the recent large block transactions:

Stephen, All I know for certain is that there are a helluvalota shares out there. The outstanding number continues to grow under the various conversion and warrant scenarios. It even appears that with the latest rouncd of financing, Syquest does not currently have nearly enough shares available to account for all shares that could be converted in total. (BTW, they will eventually have to authorize even more shares as a result of this condition. Does someone know how long the EdHeads can legally allow this situation to exist?).

The recent volume could have something to do with conversions, etc. In addition, 10 million shares is certainly a big number, but not nearly as meaningful as it used to be when issued and outstanding were significantly less. Don't forget that the NASDAQ published volume number is roughly twice that of reality.

In any case, unless there is some real news regarding future revenues or earnings, I doubt we'll see SYQT stray too far from its current trading range.

Regards - Dale
