It seems odd to me that the shareholders that do not have fork over their cash are the ones deciding that the warrant holders must cough up their cash earlier than expected. Rather than a pump up it seems those warrant holders will be selling their USA.v shares to raise cash to exercise their warrants early. Is USA.v desperate for cash?
