The company has engaged the accounting firm of Piercy, Bowler, Taylor and kern of Las Vegas Nevada to audit the financial statement for the years ending 1996,1997,1998 and 1999. Following the audit the company anticipates that it will restate certain financial information. Message 13924481 ----- And which two people were listed in those filing as either "Secretary/Treasurer" or "Chief Financial Officer"? Why, Michael Sylver, the man who wrote the affidavit, and Robert Qualey, the sole attorney who filed the lawsuit and has represented AZNT. - Jeff
