That may be. Did they close the deal on August 17th? I just read somewhere that there was an industry merger/buyout that was going to close on the 17th. It was something to the affect that it might be worth three times the current price. Just wishful thinking I guess. Although, my bigger hope/preference (wishful thinking again) would be that FRPT not get bought out and become a "premier" defense contractor.
