Graystone,

It is definetly a good thing that Teck excercised the
A warrant at $2.00 a share.

But the main reason Teck had to excercise the A warrant on
Oct 18, 1997 is that when Donner closed the deal with
Teck on Oct 18, 1996 regarding the sale of 1.4 million
units (which contains common shares, warrant A and B), the condition
is that Teck has to excercise the warrant A within a one year
time frame. So Teck must excercise the warrant A on Oct 18, 1997
otherwise it will expire. That's what it did.

Anyway, it is really feeling good to see Donner finally shoot up after
more than a year of waiting.
