Dear Michael: Falling knife doesnt apply to me as I ALREADY OWN the stock. haha. I personally believe that the down side risk on SUNW is to the high 20's and the upside potential is at least to 60. So, if one is measuring risk vs potential I would think SUNW is an excellent INVESTMENT. If one only wishes to daytrade the stock perhaps they should not buy just yet. If it should drop say as low as 25 which I sincerely doubt, I would be FORCED to buy more even though like many here it does represent a large percentage of my portfolio. JDN
