You're claiming that the Republicans have proven over the past six years that they haven't pushed the issue any, so why not let the Democrats try for a change? OK, let's let the GOP step aside and watch the Dems stumble over themselves with windfall profit taxes, ethanol, cap-n-trade, and telling people they consume too much. Maybe while the Dems prove what a disaster they can be (they've already proven it over the past two years), the Republicans can figure out exactly how far they've gone off track. Tenchusatsu
