The last Annual Report was written - with the exception of the frontpiece cover letter - by the old management team.

I have not heard of any secondary offering by the new owners/managers.

My understanding is that the Company has enough cash on hand - or will need only a small "bridge loan" - to get to the Scherer revenues.

The current stock price means that no one will be redeeming warrants for now, postponing that way of generating capital. But there is also the prospect of an alliance for herbal products (independent of the Scherer alliance for BioFIT), and an alliance for Ah-Immunoassay and other test kits. The results of the Southern Research Institute's testing of four herbal extracts are due before the close of 1998. If even one shows in vivo results like Paracelsian's in vitro results . . ..
