I am not threatened.......I am worried about the well being of our children. Homeschooling is fine so long as certain standards are met. Otherwise, I am opposed.

Standards?

I am all for measuring results. The California thing seems to be a way to measure credentials. That seems like the way the teachers unions would want it. They have credentials, but poor results. Home schoolers don't have credentials, but they have results.
