Please look at CTYS (Cityscape Financial) with an estimated profit of $2.30 (past actual $1.61) per share and a current share price of $10 7/16. The EPS is 4.6 as compared to the industry's ~13.0. Potential reasons for the decline in the price from $30 to the current level are described in many posts in the CTYS thread. Points like heavy insider holding, current insider buying, profitability, upside potential and risks are also discussed in those posts. It is worth looking at those posts.
