I've used Etrade for a year and they have been great. When I've spoken to them in person they were helpful and polite. I seldom need to talk to a human though. I use their web site and occasionally the toll free line for trades. I prefer the automated interface rather than a real person, so etrade suits me fine. About a dozen co-workers use etrade and they report no problems. Etrade has been continually upgrading their web site as of late so what was true a few months ago may have improved now.

One guy has swab and always complains about the cost of trades.

I am interested in Ebroker and look forward to what you have to say.
