After the further discussion of valuation and past history it makes me a bit concerned that if we rally up a further several hundred points in the near term that might increase bullish sentiment thus flipping sentiment to a negative since with all the technicians in the survey it tends to respond to market moves, while at the same time cause valuation to turn negative without a drop in rates from here. I also wonder what the effect might be if China decides to devalue to stay competitive and drop the Hong Kong peg with it. Another concern is if the Fed says with the economy this strong do we really want so much money supply sloshing around. I'm staying with Bob's advice but starting to keep my eyes a little more open for trouble lately. If someone has reason to calm my concerns let me know your thinking.
