Now ADRX is suing MDIX for slander and libel. You know, winning such a case is well nigh impossible, especially when MDIX initiated legal action first. Here's the release:

Headline: Andrx Sues Medix Resources, Cymedix Lynx Unit For Libel, Slander

FORT LAUDERDALE -(Dow Jones)- Andrx Corp. on Tuesday announced that
it has sued health-care services concern Medix Resources Inc. and its
Cymedix Lynx Corp. unit for libel and slander related to Cymedix's claim
of theft and unlawful appropriation of computer medical software.
Drug-research concern Andrx (ADRX) said the suit, which was filed in
the Circuit Court of Broward County, Fla., is in response to Medix's
claim that Andrx and its CyBear Inc. unit stole Medix (MDIX) computer
medical software and improperly used it in the development of CyBear
health-care software.
On March 19, Cymedix submitted a formal demand to Andrx for $396.6
million in damages, representing damages it suffered from alleged theft
and unlawful appropriation of the software and Internet
medical-communications technology.
