Excellent points Holmes, my own opinions:
95% of what you read on si is either uninformed drivel or intentional disinformation. Our task is too weed out the 5% of useful info while ignoring the rest.
If Westy wants to act like some later day cyber-cop trying to protect the gullible on SI let him. If Pluvy wants to play the voice in the cyber wilderness crying for justice let him.
I have cashiered anything these gentlemen have to say into the 95% mentioned above and would personally be suspect of any investment thread either one showed up on.
IMHO these two richly deserve each other.
