You who know me know I go way back w/ Tim and the crazy train. This is my first post in I have noo idea how long..At first I thought it was another one of Tim's disappearing tricks...I did not want to believe that he could have fallen so far, so fast...I feel sorry for his family...I feel very sorry for the poor man that had to shoot Tim. Anyone who was in his right mind would not have done what Tim did...he hurt alot of people in his stupidity. He hurt family, friends, and made a killer out of a man who had no choice, but to stop Tim's idiotic actions. Hopefully Tim feels better in the place where he is now. I have no pity for him. He was a friend, a trader, but a very disturbed individual. I did not believe that he was really dead...even until this very day. The reports from the paper didn't seem "professional" in their wording...The social security info posted here really made me wonder, but I am attaching a note that I've received from the police dept that says in fact our friend Tim is indeed dead..as a result of his own stupidity...My sympathy goes to his mom...and to the poor man that had to "take him out"...If Tim in fact used someone to help commit suicide because of his own personal problems, then I have no sympathy for Tim...he was either a fool..or a very sick individual...I prefer to think he was sick...only God will know...note the following messages from the police dept...
RIP...there should have been a better way... Riley...
I have edited out my persoanl info from the note, but I promise that it is authentic.

Dear Mr. C,
As I previously explained, the name of the person who was killed in the
Mirage Jewelry robbery is Timothy Luke Stefanich.
With respect to your request for a copy of the report, that is not
possible within our policy. The report is not a public document.

Jack Douglas

I have tried numerous times to call Detective Douglas, but he's never
in when I call. I can't leave a message as I am not available very
often either. What can I do to get a copy of the entire police report
regarding this incident. I would like to please obtain the details of the
investigation. Thank you...Joe

Could you please verify for me, if in fact a friend of mine was
involved in a robbery on June 25th, 2002. The incident was at the Mirage
Jewelry store and a Timothy Stefanic is reported as being shot and killed in
the robbery through the Beverly Hill Courier. Could you please tell me
how I can verify this information? Thank you for your consideration. I
believe Sgt. Steve Seeger was quoted in the article.
