I have checked into IFCI. It does appear that it will make a move in the short term. Float is small (3.5 mil) so it will likely have wide trading days with an upward bias. I'm in. They've signed contracts already for '97 that will boost revenue past '96 and more contracts to come.

I see $2 as a resistance point. However once it passes $2, look out $4-5. New acquisition has positive earnings already. This one looks great.

Everyone should take a look at the SI thread on IFCI. Good info there plus Edgar filings.
