From April Individual Investor Magazine:

"Sale of TADs (trade acceptance drafts, which companies use to finance transactions)have been phenomenal. In the first half
of fiscal 1998 TAD contracts that have been signed amounted to a total of $24.8 million, up 249% from the same period last
year. For the second quarter, revenue soared 160%, to $23.1 million, and earnings rose 117%, to $0.13 a share. Karl Reeves, a
broker with Taglich Brothers in New York, predicts $100 million in revenue for fiscal 1998 (up from $44 million in 1997) and $200
million for 1999. Earnings of $0.50 a share should follow in fiscal 1998 and $0.82 in 1999. We think the stock could hit $40."
