Hmmmm Since this forum is for open discussion about a publically traded company I'll give that an answer (Is that ok Ian?) If Dayton has surface rights they bascially can build from the ground up and can dig and lay sewer pipes, and septic systems , etc. What they can't do is dig and mine natural resources. Now it could be different in international or Chilean laws, but thats the way we swamp rats operate.... :-)
