Ted, excuse my ignorance, but what exactly are the "three additional technologies". Are these related to the special enzymes (then I would agree it may not be part of the original IP license), but if, for instance it relates to odor abatement, or the dewatering process, some lawyers may make an argument that these are part of the "plant". Not being a lawyer, and furthermore, not knowing what is in contention, I would simply stop this argument here. Zeev
