Eric W. - I'm as frustrated as anyone with the share price. The 'reward' I'm referring to is not the share price increasing to where we are all in the black again. This could take several quarters of increasing revenues, PR, etc. From what I can ascertain, Joe is building the company through MA, divisional enhancements such as switches in GB and phone card machine site installations ad so on, with the primary goal of selling the company for a stated minimum of $10.00/share. Undertones (IMHO) say the final selling price will be greater. You can do the math to calculate an ROI vs. today's selling price, or in the case of us unfortunate previous investors, our average buy price. I may be wrong, but I can't see a huge price increase near-term unless there is phenominal news. So I will hold for the buy out and add shares as time and money permit. All this, of course, is my own opinion. Cheers, George
