okay elsa,

we're going to get you fixed up on this rescue disk thing, once and for all. you ready? <g4>

unless you wish to do a zip rescue, i recommend that you concentrate on the basic rescue. those are your two choices, btw. be aware of that as you proceed, okay?

what you need to do is Choose Rescue Type. it sounds like your system is defaulting to the Norton Zip Rescue choice. you can tell if it is by whether or not there is a small 'bullet' or dot in front of that choice. if there is, click on the choice that says Basic Rescue. the bullet will appear in front of that choice. now click Create.

you will need about 3 floppies. just follow the easy on screen instructions fro creating the basic rescue disks. label them as instructed.

then tell me we got it right. please.
