Ramesh- I've only been in this stock a few weeks. Got in at 28 1/4 when I thought it was about to break out. My "eternal optimism" is with the market in general, not with regard to this particular company. I will be out of PRIA within a couple of months. Total shares outstanding, from the sources I've checked, is 19.6M. The float is 15-16M, which I believe is just what you said, total shares minus those held by inside parties. pg
