I don't know what to expect of a %5 rise on pathetic volume when the rest of the techs lag. Even other IT firms didn't fare well today. It's hard to judge when IT firms like CHRZ and KEA will start their rise. They've certainly been beaten over the past year. I think that Q3 will be dissapointing for most and is probably already figured into price. I think that prices will rise at the end of this year...
