I guess I thought the GOP was well ensconced in TX. Once the GOP got all the offices they just couldn't seem to help but turn corrupt and try to profit from those offices. Many in Texas are mad that the formerly first class road system was left to deteriorate and all money was moved to toll roads under contract to private GOP firms. That's just one of the schemes. TP
