I received a call from a shareholder yesterday, saying that he received notice of a shareholder meeting. I assume that was what caused the volume today. The meeting will be held at 7:00, mach 1st in the Red Lion in Glendsdale Ca. The letter was dated February 17th. Hope this answers your questions. Mario Lanza
