A few observations about DDEQ.

- Everything I can find relating to GoProfit's launch refers to the middle of June...so I am betting on the 15th, give or take a day.

- From reading the filings and going back to when Dingaan bought the preferred shares, it appears to me that Dingaan paid approximately $.11 per share (post conversion) when the market price was roughly $.03 - $.05 per share.

So, it appears that Dingaan actually paid a premium price compared to the market value at that time. Dingaan must have bought them at that price because they could not have bought them on the open market without driving up the price far higher than the approx. $.11 they paid for them.

- Anyway, in my opinion, Dingaan is working hand in hand with DDEQ to substantially limit the number of shares they sell into the market (also, they have to file any time they convert preferred shares). Otherwise, we would not see the strength in the share price that we see.

- I believe GoProfit.com is going to be a huge success and quite possibly the open door to worldwide trading. I have a large investment in DDEQ...so, I'm putting my money where my mouth is.

I think this could turn out to be the best BB investment I have ever made. Oh, and I am buying more DDEQ tomorrow.
