Yes, they are doing what they said. The government can be
counted on transparent, and stupid, decisions. The Fed
is part of the government. Of course,
they can print without the announcement of a new program,
but that should not be too much. In the old days of overlevered
markets as little 8 bln printing gave the dow 1,500 point boost.
It appears this scheme is broken these days, the 30x multiplier
effect is definitely not working. I wonder if we got any,
or if all that is going into some black hole, perhaps, one
black hole we call the stock market. -g-
