Some comments from BARRONS for those that don't wish to subscribe.
I consider it a scathing article. MSFT seems to be comfortable with
losing stock price. I will help them Monday.

ATUL: I agree and am full and long in CYMER MSFT is having a problem.

I am judging MSFT on their own word that the stock is over valued. I
have learned a valuable lesson here with Cymer. This case may even be more drastic
as MSFT agrees that there stock is over priced and that
their earnings will be flat for a while. MSFT also stated:

Gregory Maffei, MSFT Chief Financial Officer: "We are very leery of the current
valuation. It doesn't serve the long-term investors when the price gets out of whack."
"We just don't have any new blockbuster
products coming to market." In regard to MSFT stop of buying their
own shares. "We voted with our feet." "The price was just too high."

Carla Lewis, MSFT head of Investor relations: (Release 5) "We may actually not see
that start to show up in our results until early
1999." "We have got a flat spot coming up".

Many other negative comments in regard to MSFT in the near future were
quoted by brokerage houses and fund managers.

These are not my words. These are their words. If they want to lower their stock (they
have me convinced it will start Monday), I want some of the money.

I did not buy puts on Cymi. I am long in stock and calls. Some will
expire worthless and were quite expensive. I hope you do not misunderstand. I believe
Cymer is critical to the industry and will
most likely maintain it's leadership role and market share. The price will have to rise
again. Sooner the better.
