Hopefully, Mr. Handshake, MDIN bought "concessions"; therefore, all that is required is a legal transfer of title from the previous owner of the concession since they have already been surveyed, looked at, etc.. At least that's how see it.(I'm no expert.) The exception to this is some of the properties in Andicollo that are under dispute.
