Not yet anyhow, and it's not gonna be easy. Banking crashes
and stuff have consequences that usually last for quite some
time. This stuff only very few very old folks like Russell lived
through. No more blue skies and Plazma TV on credit, but they
might arrange some more government road construction projects,
so that folks are at least employed. Japan managed to do that
in the 90-s, and this (below) was BAD.
