Tom-- More TT attempts to build investor's hopes...only to dash them on the rocks a few short months later? New York...how long have we had THAT carrot dangled before us? Two years, at least! The other things...well, on 7/22, we'll see if Richmond comes to fruition. Behind us lies an endless trail of half-truths, mistruths and misuse of the investor to make most sane people think twice about getting into this stock. I admire your dogged determination to stick with this company, Tom. I hope that future events don't kick you in the teeth for your loyalty. Good luck! Rick
