Eight years before the USSC wrote the right to murder babies into the constitution, they wrote in the Marxian principle that "Common crime is a rational reaction to exploitive and oppressive capitalism" with the Miranda vs Arizona ruling.

Since that time, pansey-assed judges appointed by Democrats, or elected by inner-city criminals, have been putting the bad guys back on the streets to plunder and murder the law-abiding-because the police erred while officially proclaiming their basic rights when arresting them.

This lunacy will probably be continued for the rest of our lives, unless the coming renaissance is thorough enough. But one of the more absurd applications of Miranda is coming up before the Court, as it does from time to time. Perhaps the justices will strike a blow against Karl Marx and his criminal pals-for a change...
