Any chance that you have two different versions of LiveUpdate or NAV installed?

I looked for another NAV and didn't find it. NAV was installed on the system when I bought it. I loaded System Works 2003 on it, and it worked just fine. When I got 2004 I deleted 2003 and loaded 2004. So if it's an old version of live update or NAV, it must be one that didn't bother 2003 but bothers 2004, or else one that didn't delete when I deleted 2003, using the Control Panel Add/Delete programs function.

I don't know how to look for such a program other than through the Start/All Programs procedure, which doesn't find anything except 2004.
