He gets legislation inserted that benefits the company his wife is on the board of. To be fair about it, the company was one of the biggest businesses at the time in the state he represented. As a CPA I was outraged at what happened at Enron (and even moreso with the CPAs who allowed it to happen). But Phil Gramm had nothing to do with it, and your suggestion to the contrary is without foundation.
