ReACT vs LISS-AGT

Big Guy,

Welcome!

IMHO - The patent infringement claim does not have merit as the MTS Gel and ReACT systems arrive at the same results utilizing entirely different methods.

Might I suggest that you visit the Yahoo! Immucor BLUD Club Due-Diligence Web Site and read the report titled ReACT vs LISS-AGT in the "Photos" section to gain some insight regarding each system and their specific methods used.

The lawsuit is still in the discovery phase to my knowledge. It should be decided in the courts sometime this year. IMHO there is no patent infringement!

ReACT has not contributed greatly to Immucor's bottom line thus far. Their automated instrument family is selling very well in the blood bank industry as well as hospitals.

Again, welcome!

Best O'Luck,

Tom
