Has anyone had any first hand experience with Warp Nine Engineerings F/PortPlus card and Win NT ?

I'm having trouble configuring the card as an additional parallel port. The card comes with two com ports and one parallel and although I have disabled the com ports (via card pins) every time I put the card in I keep getting a com 3 on my system and the parallel won't show.
