The most timely and best possible management change TMSR could make.

Bring in Shawn Willard as CFO(.) Koski to COO or ?

TMSR has reached critical mass in establishing a CANSLIM company. The good news and the bad news is is that TMSR is a superior arbitrage play between Present Value and Actual Value. This shareholder value problem falls squarely and solely on TMSR management. Shawn Willard (type) is precisely what TMSR management appears to lack. And it needs to be emphasized again that this is a huge problem costing TMSR irreversible and priceless lost opportunity costs concomitant with tens of millions in inexcusable and totally avoidable shareholder value destruction.

This is a necessary management change. A potential entrenched management and a staggered board capable of protecting an entrenched management is not something the shareholders can ever afford.

Costco did it, Microsoft did it...TMSR, Just Do It. (no pun intended re: Kent Koski's Reebok background)
