Jon, good post on Instinet trades. In fact, Cramer wrote an article about a year ago about how after-hours trades are often used to manipulate short-term investor sentiment. Where else but on Instinet, in a stock that averages millions of shares traded per day, can you have Maria Bartiromo and hundreds of Silicon Investors discussing your single 100-share trade that's special and somehow more prescient only because it occurred when the market was closed?
