Been selling *all* my other holdings and putting everything into COMS to get PALM. In through Jan 2001 through stocks and long term options. Opportunity of a lifetime, nothing less! Here are my top ten reasons for being so bold.

(1) THE BASICS. Palm's *profits increased seven-fold* over last fiscal year . Gross margins 43 percent. Sold 5.5 million Palms worldwide; more than *33,000 third-party developers* had registered to write applications to run on the Palm OS. Focusing on increasing the adoption of Palm devices by enterprise customers-- software vendors such as Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL), Peoplesoft (Nasdaq: PSFT), Remedy (Nasdaq: RMDY), and SAP (NYSE: SAP). Each is working on applications that allow Palm devices to interact with enterprise databases.

(2) PALM OPERATING SYSTEM. Handspring pays to use it ; Nokia IBM Motorola Sony Qualcomm are using it to develop new products. As wireless becomes ubiquitous Palm OS will dominate this net. Beat the living crap out of Windows CE. With color Palm, CE is further history. Next five years will see Palm replace Microsoft as the major OS as the big box PC dies and the new hand-held wireless PC emerges. *33,000 third-party developers* had registered to write applications to run on the Palm platform.

(3) HARDWARE. The other wireless handheld, RIMM, at near 100 times sales. And few want their hand-held whereas everyone wants Palm. Palm hardware is becoming SUNW of the wireless internet -- you want wireless data, you want a Palm.

(4) INTERNET PORTAL palm.com -- White&Yellow pages, stock trades, dictionary, flight info, news are all now wireless on the Palm! palm.net to see a more comprehensive list . DLK with relatively puny wireless website trades at 50 times sales? AETH which only owns only 36% of the OmniSky venture between COMS/AETH and has a Price/sales off the chart? What multuple will leader Palm achieve? Wireless is going to be the final and end-all means of accessing the internet. Palm.net is the Yahoo of the wireless world.

(5) ACTUALLY PROFITABLE. *Profits* increased Seven-fold. Look at what valuations their above mentioned lesser competitors have been given, while losing money by the truckload..

(6) BARRIER TO ENTRY. The handheld competitors have no exploding wireless net to offer like the Palm.net. Means there is no way to connect between these competitors and the internet. Thus the ultimate barrier; and Palm devices with wireless internet access become the norm. Few buy anything but Palm now, without the wireless barrier even having existed.

(7) ENTERPRISE WIRELESS. See (1) above. Enterprise data moving to the Internet and companies wanting to provide a continuous connection to all company data for employees on the move -- the convergence of all company data and internet and wireless will be in the Palm.

(8) BUYING HOTTEST IPO AT IPO PRICE. 1.5 PALM for 1 COMS == free money!

(9) ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE. Buzz Aldrin trading stocks with his Palm VII. Fidelity waving Palm VII. Liz Claman of CNBC admitting on TV that she was forced to toss her original handheld and buy a Palm because of "peer pressure." Articles about the US Congress admiring each other's Palm handhelds and boasting about having the later model. Professionals ordering them like wildfire. Wait for March earnings to reflect the new mania buying.

(10)ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TECH GENIUSES. Steve Jobs just said Apple tried to buy Palm; earlier Bill Gates said he had tried to buy Palm. Have they seen the future OS and they fear it is the wireless Palm OS?

Even if PALM only achieved the Price/Sales of RIMM, DLK e
