I am still trying to fathom Jacks thinking on this 300-1 reverse split. Im sure that those of you with more stock experience than I, would agree, that this 300-1 announcement at this level, is something even a novice investor, would consider ridiculous. So it opens this line of thinking ( for me anyway ). Did maybe in the closing stages Jack get a smaller piece of this preverbial pie than he had anticipated? And this is a way (genius if I'm correct) to get WOTD to back out of the entire process and seek alternate backers? Just a wild thought from someone who is more intune with Business, and negotiating, than with trading stocks. Please toss this around amongst you. Thanx in advance. PZ
