rg, But they can release these 'til the cows come home. If it goes according to the regular script is that it will have less and less effect on the shareprice because most investors will want to see something concrete. Without financials for support, it 's very speculative. Pennies are speculative enough even with some of the financials they provide especially if they are non-reporting.
