CFO update to web page 12/21/98....not bad! ftel.com >>We have been advised that certain shareholders have had a concern relating to debts owed and accumulated over several years to Frank Peters, our Chairman and CEO. Frank is very committed to Franklin Telecom and believes in its potential for success. In order to relieve shareholder concerns, Frank has agreed to consolidate all debts, defer repayment, remove the discounted stock conversion feature, eliminate any future interest charges and remove the security in Franklin's assets by filing a UCC2.<<
