Prop 211, can people sue even more now? :-) About that announcement about eliminating forward-looking statements because of prop 211. Is there any kind of obligation _to_ provide any significant forward looking information they might have. If they had reason to believe that noone would ever buy a computer again after q2 97, and didn't present info like this in some forward-looking statement; couldn't people sue because of the omission of this information?
